Americano and a thoughtful boss

One of the attorney's I work for frequently makes Starbucks runs and he sometimes surprises me and brings me back a little somethin somethin.
Thank you boss, you are thoughtful.
I just received this:

Rich, full-bodied Starbucks® espresso combined with hot water for the European alternative to American-style brewed coffee. Add a little splenda and you have my favorite starbucks low cal drink for a total of 10 calories! Perfect way to end my afternoon at work! :)

I can't wait to get to the gym and do the SHRED!
Then I get to spend time with my two favorites, B and our Gussy!

    You need to explain to me what the Shred is and why you are doing it (because you sure don't look like you need to!). :) I'm so behind on the times. But, I completely understand because I have been 100% neglecting working out over the last month and I NEED to get back into it!

    WOW you are braver than me! I ordered one of those once and about spit it back in the cup! Way to strong for me, I like my coffee to look like milk, LOL! Kick butt with the shred tonight!

    Lucky girl!! I used to do an internship at the chamber of commerce..and my boss knew i LOVED this local coffee shops frappuccinos..and she went there every morning to get her coffee and paid for mine as well for when i went later on in the day
