We saw:
Paolo Nutini
Erin McCarley
Nutini was the big act of the night but I have to say my favorite was Erin. She is adorable and I am in love with two of her songs Pitter Pat and Love Save the Emtpy. Have any of you heard of her or heard her songs before? If you've never heard her, look her up!! My favorite song of Nutini's has always been Last Requset, beautiful song.
I had 3 electric lemonades at the concert over the course of 3 or so hours and I'm seriously hung over....my head is throbing and I feel like a bloated whale. I didn't even eat anything last night, probably why I'm not feeling the best today....blah! I'm never drinking again ;)
I too got drunk on a Monday and have a horrible hangover. LOL! I hope yours gets better... I'm eating McDonald's hoping this is the cure all!
ReplyDeleteAwww, hope you feel better girl!!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it was all worth it!!! I agree with Whitney...eat some McD's!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of her, but must go listen now. Hope you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, thanks for stopping by mine!
That must have been an amazing concert!! I saw Erin McCarley in March at a free concert put on by a local college. She was amazing! I loved her voice and lyrics! Paolo Nutini Im sure was fantastic as well!!
ReplyDeleteYuck...being hungover is the worst. Are you stuck working also? Hopefully you are able to just kick back take some ibuprofen and sleep it off. I am glad you had a great time at the concert.
ReplyDelete(FYI, above Erin's picture you wrote the name Eric.)
I love that "Love Save the Empty" song!!! Glad you had fun but sorry about your hangover :(
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of Erin McCarley. I'll check her out.
ReplyDeleteI hope the after effects of your electric lemonades fade soon.
:)
I love, LOVE Paolo! I would so love to see him live. His voice just warms my heart. How exciting!
ReplyDeleteSounds like such a wonderful concert! I'm gonna listen to those songs. Oh and if I had a dollar for every time I was hungover and said "I'm never drinking again" I would probably be a millionaire haha. Hope you feel better!
ReplyDeleteThat makes for a long day! :)
ReplyDeleteoh hangovers are the worst! and i should know. my blog makes me look like an alcoholic...at least my recent posts. lol. i have never heard of this erin girl. i will have to check her out! hope you feel better darling.
ReplyDeleteAwww that is the worst, but I'm sure it was worth it;) Feel better friend!!
ReplyDeleteAwww sounds like you two had such a fun time! Note to self: avoid electric lemonades lol! hope you feel better!
ReplyDeletehahaha...oh hun!! i am SO not laughing at you...completely with you!!! been there very recently but mine stemmed from a little nursery rhythm we all need to learn to obey..."liquor before beer, in the clear...beer before liquor, never sicker" and i pssf'd that right off until it was too late...rules are set in place for a reason folks!! hope you get to feeling better soon!!
ReplyDeleteI want to go to all these concerts! :)
ReplyDeleteUgh, weekday hangovers are the worst. Drink Kool Aid! That always helps me.
