all about one of my favorite things....

FOOD!
nom nom nom...

for billy's birthday he wanted to grill up some kabobs.
his birthday was sunday but him and i had his b-day dinner on monday...

i assembled them, the grill master grilled them...
we had some veggies and meat but no skewers left so i took these two...

mixed them in our grilling bowl with the meat and veggies and grill master grilled them.
they turned out delicious!
billy said they were his favorite part of the meal ;)
we also had some garlic buttered corn on the cob, i heart corn big time!
for dessert we had some cheesecake, the b-day boy loves cheesecake....
me, not.so.much.

for dinner last night we had...
and chicken fajitas

you have to try this rice!
it's so incredibly yummy, i promise!

obviously the pics above of the grilled fajita chicken and veggies were taken after billy and i had already helped ourselves ;)

my big fajita burrito with lots of cilantro lime rice, it was SO YUMMY!!

i had ALL the toppings...
cilantro lime rice
fajita veggies
fajita chicken
tomatoes
lettuce
black olives
cheese
taco sauce
sour cream

we had no sides because the burritos were more than enough!!
i had two, ha! ;)

happy wednesday ladies!
the week is half over!!

some pictures are mine & some found on bing.
