first, i will still not be posing pictures of cullen, many of you emailed me on my last post and asked why and it's just a preference of our family not to display his sweet face on here for now. he is our everything. to you rude people who had mean comments on my last post about me putting a pic of myself without showing cullen's face, you can be rude all you want. i deleted the post, just for you.
and on that note....i don't get how girls/women can say over and over how they are NOT happy with their bodies after having babies yet post plenty of pictures of themselves. i've never complained about my after prego body and then i post a pic of myself and i did get a lot of nice comments but i also got a few rude comments. that was the ONLY picture i had of myself at the time without showing C's face. and i didn't post the pic to get compliments. so bite me. for me blogging is a place where women come together to lift each other up not put each other down!
and on that note....i have lost all my baby weight and then some. i don't know how it happened, i'm not 'proud' of myself (i did nothing), it just happened! i nurse and pump all day long. maybe that has something to do with it. i don't sit on my bum all day. i do hold, play and walk around with my baby all day. maybe that has something to do with it too. am i glad i lost the weight, yes! if you followed me before you know i gained 40 pounds, that's a lot on someone that is 5'2". anywho... it is what it is, that is all.

hubs texted me the other day saying "want to go to dinner tonight?" you can bet ya booty i was getting ready before even sending a response ;) i had been listening to hammering, nailing, men yelling and a barking dog ALL DAY! both of our neighbors decks were being worked on. i was ready to get outta the house and have a nice din with the hubs and C. B usually works 12 hour days and we don't typically eat dinner until 8 or 9 at night so it was a bonus for him to be home around 6. i had a cute little summer dress just calling my name in my closet and i couldn't wait to wear it!

my bday was 2 weeks ago, we went to my parents house for breakfast for dinner. my request! it was delicious!! a few pics from that night....i might have been pretending to be a walrus with bobby pins in this pic....my sis was too slow to take the pic, i pulled them out ;)

being a stay at home momma has been a dream of mine forever and my hubby made it possible for me! we started our own business and i do all the web stuff. AND i'm so thankful to have a sister who can stop over a few times a week just to visit and help watch C for a few minutes/hours if i need to get some stuff done! cullen is the smiliest, sweetest baby ever!! i love being able to listen to him coo and chitter chat! his sweet voice is music to my ears and he has been talking A LOT the past few days!! he is so much fun and really the happiest little guy!!and on that note...cullen is almost 3.5 months old now!! where does time go?! when he went in for his last appt he was in the 95th percentile for height and weight! we have just started rice cereal, sometimes mixed in a bottle and sometimes we feed it to him with a spoon! he seems to love it either way!! i thought it would help him sleep through the night but he still wakes up at least 1-2 times a night/early morning. totally ok with me though, he naps during the day and we get to sleep in until 8-9 in the morning.
