Spring/Easter decor....

Easter wreath I made!
I really dislike Easter grass after making this, I will never buy it again.  haha!
I thought the wreath turned out cute though.
Pretty flowers from my Mom...



kick-knacks, Billy's favorite ;)









All the candy now resides on top of the microwave because of a little puppy decided to get chocolate wasted.
He carefully unwrapped and ate about 10 dove chocolate eggs last weekend while I was napping.  He had been sleeping next to me but I guess he got up once I fell asleep.  He must have jumped up on the ottoman to grab each piece, then got down on the floor opened and ate the candy then jumped back up for another and another....
He was one sick pup after that :(
I didn't have to bring him in or give him peroxide because he was getting sick just fine on his own.
Thankfully, he was back to his normal spunky self the next day.

    every time my dog barks (aka begs) when we are eating chocolate my mom and I try and calmly explain to him that chocolate will in fact kill him...

    I'm so sorry Gussy got into the chocolate and got sick! maybe he enjoyed it while he was doing it?

    Love your decorations especially the wreath. But I totally feel you on the Easter grass. I used it one year in Ellie's basket then I just decided to fill the basket with stuff instead of using filler. :)

    Oh no my cousins dog ate a one pound bag of m&m's one time. That was not pretty. I am happy is he back to normal now.

    All the decorations are so cute! I love them. Poor little Gussy got so sick, at least he got sick which in turn saved you a trip to the vet, lol. I'm glad to hear he is doing better.

    Poor pup! Our German Shepherd did that with a whole bag of chocolate once and it scared the crap out of us. Luckily since he's so huge he just had some potty issues the next couple days, but it can be really scary! He even ate the foil wrappers that damn dog..lol!
    Love your cute decorations btw! Especially the wreath, I don't know how you do it being so pregnant and working and all that. :)

    Very cute. Poor doggy. My dog ate a quarter pound of fudge once and he was hyper for about 15 mins and then fell asleep!!!

    Aww poor Gussy!! :( Glad he's okay though! Your wreath is too cute! and I LOVE those towels! Girl, I really love how you always decorate for each holiday! I think it's so festive and fun! I want to be just like that when I get a house of my own. Right now, I decorate SOME, but I dont wanna overdo it b/c my roomie wants to decorate some too... So don't wanna be rude and be like "Lookie, I decorated for spring. Sorry I took over." haha.. :)

    Love the wreath! So creative.

    We have had our dog eat everything - chocolate, cupcakes, tootsie roll pops, heath bars. You would think we would learn our lesson and put our food up higher like you guys :)!

    I'm So glad Gussy is okay...I would of been FREAKING OUT and probably crying hysterically if Aspen ever ate Chocolate! I've even dropped one M&M before and freaked that that would make her sick! :)

    chocolate wasted! lol Love the wreath, it's fantastic! And your towels.... along with the eggs that are hanging... where did you find those? I've been looking for more decorative eggs for my easter tree, besides the plastic ones! p.s. I'm so excited to see your baby! It's getting close!
