Today will be my 4th day of the SHRED! I'm super sore! I went to the gym yesterday before I did the shred and ran 2 miles and walked 1 mile, also did a couple weight machines. I've attempted the shred before but I've only ever made it through 2 days, ha! Has anyone else done the shred before? Maybe made it to level 2, maybe finished the entire 30 days?!?! Am I going to make it?! ;)
B and I watched America's Got Talent last night, what a disappointment! We were tempted to change the channel more than once. The rejects on that show are not entertaining at all! Whereas the people who can't sing on American Idol are always pure entertainment!
At least tonight S.Y.T.Y.C.D. is on!! Woo Hoo! Love that show!
Oh and I just got another Americano from Mr. Bossman! Today it has some cream in it though! Froget the 10 calories! ;)

That's encouraging to read...I am thinking of trying The Shred but I am just never sure of home work out videos, so I am glad to hear it works!! I just may pick it up this week!!
Yum! Your food looks delicious, you must share the recipe! I have a delicious chinese chicken wing recipe that tastes better than the ones you get from a chinese resteraunt, I'll share soon!
Enjoy the Americano :)
My Shred still sits in my closet collecting dust. I promised myself I would start when the hubby moved....guess I better get crackin' Glad you like it...even if it is kicking your butt!
You're killing me here, that food looks amazing!
you are so hardcore when it comes to the workouts! Good for you! I can hardly get myself to the gym, let alone do the shred too!
So yummy!
Beautiful blog.
Okay, guilty confession coming out here just for you... i bought the shred dvd 3 mths. ago....i havent watched it once. You are doing WAAAAY better than i am! lol
I've been thinking about doing the shred! Is it good?
Mmmm the food looks delicious. I don't think I could never make it past the first day of the shred. Good luck to you though!
You ran, worked out AND did The Shred? You are a machine!
I can't work myself up to doing anything more than look at the cover of the DVD. I'll attempt it sooner or later...sticking with my same lame gym routine and EA Sports Active trainer for now. :)
Looks like dinner was yummy. I love cream cheese wontons. I'm a vegetarian so the ones with the fake crab don't work for me since the fake crab is actually fish. Anyways, I am thinking about doing the shred thing, it sounds like a great work out.
I also love S.Y.T.Y.C.D. I can't wait to see it this week. I loved the Romeo and Juliet dance from last week, I honestly think it was my favorite. :)
I started the Shred once. I only made it through 2 weeks because I got sick but I'm thinking about starting it back up. I lost almost 2 inches in two weeks! Check out Learning to be a Wife's blog. You can get there from my page but she finished it.
There's another set of workout videos that are supposed to be super hard... can't think of them right now- but I do need to do something because I just finished my bootcamp!
I worked out yesterday and I'm so sore as well. My legs feel like two over used rubber bands. Keep going on the shred! I need someone to finish so I know that it's possible for when my dvd gets here!
The Shred is KILLING me!!!!
And I'm so glad SYTYCD is on tonight too!
yeah I'm like you, I have tried a couple times. The first time I got to level 2 then stopped. Last time I did it 3days then quit! LOL! Good luck lady!!

I haven't tried the shred yet, but want to. I have seen lots of people post about starting it, but never mentioned it again. Maybe that tells me something. ha! Keep us updated!!!

A forklift is a vital piece of equipment for many businesses, and the costs can soon begin to mount. The studies also show that during a rollover the safest place for the forklift operator is inside the safety cage securely strapped to the seat. They should also wear appropriate clothing like hard hats, high visibility clothing and safety boots. The extra support they lend to the actual forklift trucks is always welcome and goes a long way in ensuring the weights are lifted carefully and lifted well.
