I saw a friend on instagram had posted a fun DIY and she was kind enough to send me the link! After I saw the finished product I couldn't run to the craft stores and thrift stores quick enough!
Here is everything that I started with....
Everything that you see painted black was originally unpainted wood. Spray paint and I are BFF, as always :) I also had some glass not shown and some decals and paper labels for the glass jars.
here are the finished products...
My 69 cent find at Saver's! It's bigger than it looks in the pic and I spray painted it black.
one last pic of all the pretties, I just love how everything turned out!
I'm still not done though! I need a couple more pieces of wood to complete everything!
I have packed everything away for now....can't wait to get it all back out in a couple weeks!
I did fill the candy jars because we don't eat candy corn around here anyway. I will probably put "potion" in some of the jars and green gems or something in the witch warts bottle.
Here is the site that my friend shared with me --> UNCOMMONDESIGNS.COM
They did Halloween jars, fall jars and holiday jars! I'll be using mine over and over!
They have all kinds of fun DIY projects on that site!
I also made some DIY "homemade" apothecary jars, here is a LINK (not the link I used but same idea). I found almost all my supplies at thrift stores and I had a lot of glass jars from our wedding.
I used E6000 glue for all my projects.
