Well, it happened...
I am human.
In the past 2-3 weeks I have managed to stray off my workout track.
I've slacked.
Eaten pretty much whatever I wanted.
Failed all around on what I had been working on.
I miss feeling good about myself.
I miss working out daily.
I miss eating healthy.
I miss the results.
Tomorrow is Monday.
A fresh start to a new week.
In my mind a fresh start to a new outlook.
A get back on track mindset has taken over again.
I made a chart last night, it took forever.
It was a wild and crazy Saturday night for me ;)
It was needed.
I NEED this.
I need to have goals.
Something to work towards.
This is what I came up with...
100 miles in 30 days
I am literally so excited to get back on track!
I gained weight and lost the muscle I worked so hard for.
Getting off track for a few weeks was not a good idea.
I have my before pics taken.
I am ready to rock n roll,
It is a holiday weekend.
On that note, I am very thankful for all who have served and do serve!
No excuse for me not to work out.
They worked and sacrificed for me.
I'm off to RUN, RUN, RUN!
p.s. I challenge you all to do this!
I've challenged my friend Jamie!!
She wants it, we are all in this together!!! :)
Texting you...probably right now, lady!

Girl I know how you feel. I started off with a bang in April with the squat challenge I was so motivated and followed the challenge to a tee and then may hit and I started slaking and for some reason wasn't as motivated. But after some motivation for from my soon to be husband ready to start working out again like I was. It's always fun to have a friend doing it with you!
Annie - I like this challenge I will push it a day & start tomorrow as I do not have my running shoes with me today. But 100miles in 30 days will certainly be awesome & perfect for my upcoming vacation in July
Your challenge looks GREAT!!! :)
Good job girl, you can do it!!! You look awesome.
