What You Need:
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices Bacon,
Chopped 1 small Onion
Chopped 1/2 lb. VELVEETA cut into 1/2-inch cubes
One Refrigerated pizza crust
Make It:
HEAT oven to 400°F.
1. BROWN ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA; cook 5 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min.
2. UNROLL dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle; top with meat mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side. Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam-side down.
3. BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
What I did different:
Add a large onion instead of small
I put in at least 6 slices of bacon, num!
Did not use a 1/2 pound of velveeta.
Added garlic and onion powder to the mix
Spinkled some garlic salt on top of the roll-up before baking it.
The Kraft website suggested serving it with a salad but who eats a cheeseburger and a salad?! I made sweet potatoe fries & I was actually hungry for a salad so we had that as well, yes I am a lil piggy. The Pioneer Woman is always serving her food with iceberg wedges so I decided to do that as well. I had my wedge with some fat free italian and low fat cheese. Everything tasted perfect to me! Billy was all "how do I eat this giant chunk of lettuce"....and when I asked him if I should ever make the roll-up again he shook his head no :( I don't know if he was crabby or what but I LOVED the roll-up, it was very flavorful and quite simple to make. Next time I make it I'll just eat the entire thing myself!!

I love this roll-up! I make it too :) Sometimes I use ground turkey though...and I throw a little bit of BBQ sauce in the mix. It's good with just mozzarella and pepperoni too if you don't feel like cooking up the meat/cheese mixture.
