onto the second bridal shop...
this place was a cute little boutique store.
we had to take our shoes off when we walked in.
the lady brought us to a large private room and
i showed her 5 different pictures of dresses i liked.
she had almost all of them!
billy and i are having a very tiny simple wedding ceremony so i don't know if i will end up getting any of the dresses i tried on or the styles because i think they might be too much dress for such a simple wedding. i had to try the beautiful dresses on though! billy and i are also paying for everything ourselves and i have to keep reminding myself of that.
we also don't know if we are having a reception yet.
if we do it will be a few months after the ceremony.
now for the dresses....
i didn't zip, button or tie up them because it would've done nothing...
we just used the clamps and that got them plenty snug....

i loved the dresses i tried on, i just don't know if they are too extravagant for the wedding we have planned....

already stopped WORKING!!!
it says it has no hard drive, so frustrating!
i'm returning it this week, i hate it.
good news...
i'm only working until 2 today...
and i get free lunch on the company with some fun ladies...

How awesome they let you take photos! The bridal salons I went too were VERY anal about this. You could only take a picture once you'd made the deposit. Boo!
Anyways...I actually like #1 the best...it shows off your amazing figure! I had a small obsession with pick ups (like the skirt on dress #2, 5 and 6)....but it seems so over done now and you want to be unique on your wedding day!
I loved the 1st dress! It is simple and beautiful! You would look stunning in it. But I loved the last one too. So much more showy but gorgeous! It kinda reminded me of a Cinderella dress going to the ball. You would definitely turn every head that sees you in that. :) Have fun finding your perfect dress!
I love dress #1 & dress #1. I think the detailing on the 2nd dress (bodice) is prettiest. The pick-ups on the second dress may make it a bit more formal than the first one. You'll be such a beautiful bride!!
oh my gosh they all look perfect on you!! #2 is my favorite too :) What a fun time! {and I fully believe, no matter the wedding setting/size, you should wear your dream dress! It's your day, you make the rules :)}

I love dress two!! Dress one is pretty on the top, same for dress three. Dress four I'm not a huge fan on, but it is pretty. Dress five looks like it's shallowing you alive! :)
I think you should get whatever dress you like without worrying about whether its too much dress or not. You only get one wedding dress and besides you (and future hubs) are the star of the show. So get your favorite! :) My opinion at least.

Those dresses are gorgeous! Wear the dress you want even if the ceremony and everything is simple. You should feel absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day and you get to be the best dressed person there!

I like 1 & 3. It is apparent that you have found a style you like which is always half the battle. Just be careful about getting beading under the arms b/c it can rub and be painful :(

I had a beach wedding and thought I wanted a simple dress.....but when I found MY dress, I didn't care if it was too formal for the beach. A wedding is a formal affair no matter what kind of ceremony you are having and you should have the dress you want. No matter what! :) I was a rebel...what can I say? :)

also to let you know...(haha i am such an ebay whore)...BUT when i got married i found the designer dress that i had fallen in love with (in the store it had $1400 price tag i didn't want to pay for at 19) i found on ebay brand new for $300! so check it out you may be surprised!!
I love dresses 1 and 2! And let me tell you...as long as you LOVE your dress and it's within your budget, there is no such thing as TOO MUCH dress for any ceremony. What is important is that you feel like a princess that day. You'll remember it forever and don't want to regret the dress that you chose.

Dress 1 and 2 so cute on you. Mine was very simple and suited me well. I originally thought I was going to get poofy, but I could barely walk in them, let alone go the whole day into night in one. Whatever you pick I'm sure will be beautiful.

ahh did you get the pink dell mini? thats what i have any my mom has the blue one. my moms worked the day she got it, but not the next day so she had to send it back..and i had to have a new hard drive AND motherboard put into mine after having it for 4 months (although i think i dropped it, but they did it for freeee). send that thing back in!

Fun!! I think #1 is my favorite and actually I don't think it would be too fancy for a smaller wedding. Every girl deserves some kind of wedding dress no matter how big the wedding. It's simple, classy and gorgeous. But you'll look stunning no matter what!
I love the last one, but only b/c I'm a huge fan of the princess wedding...every girl should get the chance to be a princess!!

I LOVE the sweetheart neckline...I had that too and really helps in the boobie dept. :)....I like 1 and 3...but if you think that 2 is THE ONE...go for it.

So if that means a big fancy beautiful dress-GO FOR IT! Because even though you'd still be just as beautiful in a potato sack, you deserve to feel like a million bucks on your wedding day.

I personally did not have the best experience shopping for a dress. I actually thought it was a headache and everything started looking the same to me. This is coming from a person that normally loves shopping too!
Keep looking around - you will find the one!! Just don't feel pressure to get something that you don't just LOVE. I did that and then 3 weeks before my wedding ended up getting a different dress b/c I felt pressured to make up my mind the first time and didn't feel like the 1st dress was me. So just remember that. Good luck!! And hope you enjoyed working a short day! I love it when that happens!

My favorite part of dress #1 is that it looks like it’s taffeta and I love the sweetheart neckline. The shape of the dress fits you really nicely too. Dress #2 I love the sweetheart neckline (again) and the ruching. You have great taste!
There is no doubt teat dress 7 is really good, but dress 4 is also a nice one. Infact all of them are very good, and you have a nice choice.
