26 Weeks...

Pregnancy Highlights

How Far Along: 26 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby C is the size of an eggplant.
Almost weighing 2 pounds!
Total Weight Gain: Up 21 pounds!
I figured out where a lot of the weight is, my bubble butt! As my sister referred to it as, haha.
I can tell my thighs are growing as well.
Maternity Clothes: Still wearing a mix of everything, some maternity and some regular.
Gender: BOY!! Baby Cullen!!
Movement: It’s different every day, some days more than others.
I love feeling him move around! :)
Sleep: Sleep is good.
What I miss: Nothing.
Cravings: Sweets…I now wonder if this will ever change.
I have started eating cinnamon rolls for breakfast again and I LOVE them.
I mean wouldn’t you….

I still haven't heard from my nurse on if I passed my GD test or not.  I should probably call today.
And I said I bruised from getting a little bit of blood taken.
Here is what my arm looks like a week later...
I have never bruised from giving blood, I think the nurse messed something up.

Symptoms: Nothing.
What I’m looking forward to: Billy painting the nursery which should happen in the next week or two!
I'll share the colors soon.
I ordered Cullen's changing table on Monday and we got it yesterday. Talk about quick shipping!
Thanks overstock.com :)

pics for the week…

My hair is kind of large and in charge today...
AND ladies thank you so much for the comments you always leave on these pictures.
They are always so sweet!!
I have been cutting my own hair ever since I took out my extensions a few months back so when ya'll say you love my hair makes a gal feel good.
I personally miss my long (faux) hair! ;)
and ready for work...

 New goal:
Work out 4 times a week, instead of every day.

You look so cute!

I bruise very easily and my arm looked just like yours right after my blood was taken. But I bet the nurses who do that do it so often that sometimes they are not paying close attention to what they're doing.

And you look amazing! So does that cinnamon roll ;)

I can't believe you bruised that badly just from giving blood, that's crazy! You still look absolutely adorable! How exciting about putting the nursery together, that always makes it so much more real. Not that having a belly and feeling the baby move isn't real but having the room all done is just a whole other level of "real"! :-)

When I was pregnant, I ate TONS of sweets. Ridiculous amounts and I feared that it would never go away! Right after I gave birth I was still scarfing down cupcakes etc but then all of a sudden, I stopped craving all that sugar and it went away. I say all this to say, eat without guilt! You will be fine!
I cant get over your poor arm! Hope that doesnt hurt as bad as it looks!

Petchie said...

Wow you are looking great for 26 weeks along! I hope I will be able to stay in such great shape like that when I eventually have a baby. And I hope your arm feels better, it looks pretty bad I just hope it doesn't hurt as bad as it is looking from that picture!

How do you not even look pregnant in these pictures?! And how do you only have 14 weeks left?? Is it only flying by to me??

I’m so glad everything is going well with the pregnancy! That cinnamon roll looks yummy. I’m hoping your arm doesn’t hurt as much as it looks like it hurts. Ouch!

I can’t believe you’ve been cutting your own hair. It looks fabulous and so do you. You’re one of the cutest preggo chicks I’ve ever seen…for real.

I can’t wait to see the nursery!

ouch!! that looks super bruised!!

you look so cute!

Seriously, girl you are too much! You're such a cute preggo lady! And yes, the hair is so adorable, love it!

I can't believe your arm. My mom's arm does that every time she has to have blood taken. I know I bruised a lot easier and more when I was preggo, wonder if that has something to do with it?!

Can't believe how fast your pregnancy is going!
