changes in 2013...

I feel like I have been in a bit of a funk lately, especially now that Christmas is over.  Now it's a new year and I can have a new beginning! I decided last Thursday that I really have no reason to be in a funk and I started to work out that day! Why wait until the new year to start when I could start that day. 

I need to stop letting little things bother me, appreciate family and friends more and just enjoy everything I have. 

It's been 6 days since I've decided to actually start taking care of myself again. I've worked out each day and I already feel so much better!  I'm posting pics to instagram to hold myself accountable and possibly motivate others! IG is a huge motivator for me, love all my blog friends/IG friends who post their workouts on there. 
I've ran and done some at home exercises the past 6 days and I'm sore!




I came across a CrossFit Mom's blog and she posts workouts that you can do at home on her blog Mon-Fri.
This is the first one I did and it was killer, I loved it!

I will be doing her workouts and my own.  I think I am going to start doing a Fit Friday post as well!  Including new exercises I come across that I really like and to track my progress.  

I am also changing the way I eat and what I drink.
I'm not getting any younger and I do turn the big 3-0 this year.

I also want to be a better wife to B and momma for C.
I don't think people can change who they are but I think there is always room for improvement! 

I am looking forward to Spring and Cullen turning TWO!
& getting A.B.C. Garage started again.
I'm looking forward to a fun Summer spent outside with Cullen.
& returning to A.B.C. Creations in late August.
Billy is always working hard to grow his HockeyShape business and we are hoping it takes off even more this year.  
So much to look forward to! 

Speaking of changes, my blog is getting a face lift!!

So proud of you mama! Seeing you post this has def motivated me. I'm in a funk about my leftover baby weight, my son is 8 months, so I'm determined to lose it now thanks to you :)

I am so proud of you and I am SO motivated by your IG pictures, so PLEASE keep it up! I'm getting my booty in shape this year and couldn't be more excited. :)

You ARE NOT turning thirty this year. You seriously look 23. FOR REAL.

Have you looked into that Body by Vi stuff? I reeeeeally want to get into that. I need simplicity to make it work :)

Love your motivation on IG! Once doctor gives me the okay (after having baby) I am jumping on the working out bandwagon! I am a member of Tone it Up. They have awesome workout at home videos on YouTube. :)

I've been putting off working out because we don't have a baby monitor yet - lame excuse I know!!
